3) Copy the crack from the crack folder in the DVD image to X:\Program Files\Deep Silver\Lost Horizon\
4)Copy the loca.spr file to X:\Program Files\Deep Silver\Lost Horizon\ and replace the original
5) You are ready to play fully in English
